Lu Zhang is an economist specialising in financial markets at the CPB Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis. She holds a PhD from Utrecht University in the Netherlands. Prior to joining the CPB, she worked as an economist at the Sustainable Finance Lab and a visiting researcher at the Bank of England.
