Luca is an economist at the OECD, Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs, and a research fellow at the KU Leuven (Belgium). His main interest is the analysis of firm capabilities (technology adoption, trade linkages, human capital) and firm performance. He holds a PhD in Economics from the KU Leuven.
