Lucas Ronconi is Professor of Economics at the University of Buenos Aires and Researcher at CONICET in Argentina. He is IZA and PEP research fellow; and has published in the areas of development, labour markets and political economy.
Lucas was a researcher at the UC Berkeley Institute for Research on Labor and Employment and visiting scholar at Collegio Carlo Alberto and the IDB. In Argentina, he worked for the Ministry of Labor and co-founded the School of Political Leadership at CIAS. Lucas holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
