Manuel Illueca is an Associate Professor of Finance and Accounting at Universitat Jaume I (Castellón, Spain). He is a Research Associate of the Instituto Valenciano de Investigaciones Económicas (IVIE), and a Researcher of the Laboratory for Experimental Economics at Universitat Jaume I (LEE). He has been a Visiting Scholar at Indiana University’s Department of Finance in the Kelley School of Business. His research interests lie in the institutional characteristics of the banking industry, and their interactions with the accounting information systems.
