Marco Paccagnella is an Analyst in the OECD Directorate for Education and Skills, where he works on the team responsible for managing the Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC). Before joining the OECD, he worked as an economist for the Bank of Italy. He received a PhD in Economics from Bocconi University. His research interests are in economics of education, labour economics and applied microeconometrics.
