Maria Paula Caldas is a Data Analyst at the Education Directorate of the OECD, where she helps modernise and streamline statistical and data workflows across teams. Previously, she worked at the Economics Department and the Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities of the OECD, leveraging geospatial analysis to advance economics and policy research on productivity, housing, and digitalisation. Prior to joining the OECD, Maria Paula worked as an economics consultant and data scientist at Deloitte, focusing on cases in competition and regulation. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics.
