Maria Rossi

Professor of Economics at University Of Turin

Maria Cristina Rossi is Professor of Economics at the University of Turin and Reserch Fellow of CeRP Collegio Carlo Alberto and Netspar (The Netherlands). She previously worked for the World Bank and UNICEF and she is the Scientific Committee of the Observatoire de l’Epargen Europenne as well as the Labour Agency at Trento. She is also Director of the Bachelor programme in Business and Management at the University of Turin. Guest Editor for Small Business Economics, Women entrepreneurship. She was Visiting Professor at LISER, Luxembourg and Visiting Scholar at IRLE, Berkeley, USA. She has published extensively on wealth accumulation decsisions as well as on development economic topics. She is also author of two books on homeonwership and wealth accumualtion and educational outcomes in Africa.
