Mark Joy is a senior economist at the Bank of England and a member of the Ad Hoc Working Group on the London Term Sheet for GDP-linked bonds. Mark’s research interests focus on international finance, financial stability and sovereign debt. Prior to joining the Bank of England, Mark worked at the Central Bank of Ireland and the European Central Bank.
