Mark van der Plaat is an Economist at the CPB Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis, an economic think-tank of the Dutch government. Previously, he has written a PhD on banking at the University of Groningen. He is currently involved in research on productivity, firm networks and household finance.
