Marta Fana

Researcher, Joint Research Centre at European Commission

Marta Fana is a Researcher working at the Joint Research Center (JRC) of the European Commission in Sevilla. She holds a PhD in Economics by the Institute d’Etudes Politiques at Sciences Po Paris, and her research interests focus on labour market dynamics, work organization and structural change. In her current job within the Employment and Skills team of the JRC, she is working on occupational dynamics, job polarization and work organization. She is also author of books on the transformation of work and the political history of the wage issue in Italy, published by Editori Laterza.
