Martin Skala

Professor of Economics at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management

Martin Skala is Professor of Economics at FOM University. In addition, he is affiliated to Frankfurt University and to the European Central Bank in the field of international policy analysis. Previously he has been engaged inter alia as a Consultant in Laos for the GTZ (German Development Agency), as an Assistant at International Finance Corporation, and as a Report Editor for the series European Economics of the New Economic Papers (NEP-EEC).
