Matt Lowe is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of British Columbia and a CIFAR Azrieli Global Scholar for 2023-2025. Matt received his PhD in Economics from MIT in 2018, and was a postdoctoral fellow at the briq Institute from 2018-2019. Matt uses field and natural experiments to study topics in behavioural, development, and political economy
