Maurizio Lisciandra is currently Assistant Professor in Economics at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Messina. He received an M.Phil. and Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge, Trinity College. He has worked with various international research institutions such as ILO (Geneva), LEST (Aix-en-Provence), Universitat Autònoma (Barcelona) and Transcrime (Milan). Academic interests include economics of crime, law & economics and the theory of incentives. He has published several articles in national and international journals.
