Max Büge is a Consultant/Trade Policy Analyst at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris and lectures regularly on international trade and international finance at the Freie Universität Berlin. Previously, he has taught international economics and international political economy at Sciences Po Paris and Ecole normale supérieure (ENS). His research interests lay in the domain of international trade and investment, international financial markets, and the development and empirical assessment of governance and regulatory indicators. Max graduated with an MSc & PhD in international economics from Sciences Po and has held academic scholarships at ENS, Princeton University and Harvard University. He is alumnus of the German National Academic Foundation.
