Michael is a DPhil student in Social Policy at the Department of Social Policy and Intervention (DSPI) at University of Oxford. In his research, he focuses on political economy, public economics, and macroeconomics. He has received a scholarship from All Souls College and Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC). Prior to and during his doctoral studies, Michael has worked as quantitative researcher at Oxford, LSE, UCL, King's College London, IMF, and EBRD. He holds a master degree in International Political Economy from LSE and a bachelor degree from Zeppelin University.
