Michael Peters is an Associate Professor of Economics at Yale University and a Faculty Research Fellow at the NBER. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics at the University of Mannheim and his PhD from MIT. His research mostly focuses on macroeconomics, economic development and growth, and international trade. Before joining Yale University, he held a position at the London School of Economics.
