Miguel Almunia is an Associate Professor of Economics at CUNEF Universidad, Madrid and a CEPR Research Affiliate. He obtained a PhD in Economics from UC Berkeley, a MPA in International Development from the Harvard Kennedy School and a BSc in Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
