Mikko Silliman is a PhD candidate at Harvard University, where his research focuses on issues at the intersection between education policy and labor economics. Prior to starting his PhD, he conducted research at the VATT Institute for Economic Research and the OECD, and studied at Tufts, Oxford, and Helsinki Universities
