Milan Lisicky

Economic Analyst in the Directorate General for Economics and Financial Affairs (ECFIN) at European Commission

Milan Lisicky is an Economic Analyst in the Directorate General for Economics and Financial Affairs (ECFIN). He has been with the European Commission since 2011 and served as a Country Analyst for the Czech Republic and Croatia, respectively. His work interests include public finances, corporate governance of state-owned enterprises, forecasting and convergence of CEE economies. Before joining the Commission, Milan Lisicky was an LSE Fellow at the London School of Economics and worked at the Czech Republic's Ministry of Finance. He received his Ph. D. in Economics from London School of Economics in 2012 and M. Sc. degrees from University of Essex and University of Economics in Prague. His research focuses on international trade and macroeconomics.
