Nick Vause

Since September 2013, Nick Vause has been Senior Manager of the Derivatives Policy Team at the Bank of England. Before that he was a Senior Economist at the Bank for International Settlements, where he researched the collateral implications of new G20 commitments to central clearing and margining of non-centrally-cleared derivatives and, through the Macroeconomic Assessment Group on Derivatives, helped to estimate the economic costs and benefits of these and other post-crisis reforms. He studied economics at Cambridge and Warwick universities.
