Nicolás González-Pampillón is a Research and Teaching Assistant at University of Montevideo specialising in applied microeconometrics with a focus on social and poverty consequences of public policies. In 2008 he obtained the National Prize in Economics for young researchers granted by the Universidad de la República for his project exploring the determinants of wage inequality in Uruguay.
