Niku Määttänen is Research Supervisor at the Research Institute of the Finnish Economy (ETLA) and Research Associate at the Helsinki Center of Economic Research. He also teaches at the Finnish Doctoral Programme in Economics. His research interests are in macroeconomics and public finance. He holds a PhD in Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
