Ouarda Merrouche is a Full Professor of economics at Unijversite Paris Nanterre and EconomiX UMR CNRS. She holds a PhD in Economics from the European University Institute and an M.A. from Paris I Sorbonne. Before she worked as a Research Economist at the Bank of England and the World Bank research department DEC. Her recent research has focused on financial regulation, recapitalisation plans, money markets, foreign currency debt, and Islamic banking.
