Owen McDougall

Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University

Owen McDougall completed his Masters of Public Affairs at Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School in June 2014. He has professional experience in election monitoring and constitution-building, as well as a research background in peace and conflict issues. McDougall worked for five years at The Carter Center on democracy and governance projects in North/East Africa, including Egypt, South Sudan, and Sudan. He also worked as a Research Assistant from 2006-2007 at the Watson Institute for International Studies. He has a B.A. with Honors in International Relations from Brown University and studied at Queen's University Belfast in Northern Ireland.
