Paolo Falco is an associate professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark. His research uses experiments to study human behaviour and touches on a variety of topics. Most of his work aims to understand how we can improve the functioning of labour markets and remove obstacles for disadvantaged groups. His research has been published in top journals, including the Review of Economic Studies, the Review of Economics and Statistics, and the Economic Journal. In the past, Paolo has worked for the OECD and the World Bank. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Oxford.
