Patrick Kline is an Assistant Professor of Economics at UC Berkeley and a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research. He recieved his B.A. from Reed College and his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. His research interests center on place based policy interventions and topics in labour economics, particularly the role of firms in the labour market.
