Patrick Schneider

Patrick Schneider works in the IMF’s Global Markets Analysis Division, monitoring global financial markets and contributing to the IMF’s Global Financial Stability Report. Prior to the IMF, he worked in macroeconomic forecasting at IHS Markit. His research is focused on emerging market capital flows, market structure, and policy responses to crisis periods. He holds an MA in Economics from George Washington University and is a CFA charterholder.
