Paula Garda

Paula Garda is an economist at the Chile/Colombia desk of the Economics Department of the OECD in Paris. Prior to that she served at the Costa Rica and Italy desk doing country peer reviews of economic policies, macroeconomic analysis and forecasting and before that she worked in the public economics division of the Economics Department on cross-country research project. Prior to joining the OECD, she worked as an Economist at cinve, a renewed think tank in Uruguay for several years. She holds a PhD in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain.
