I am an Associate Director at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS) in London and a CEPR research affiliate. I obtained my PhD in economics from University College London in 2019. My work focuses on understanding the spending and labour supply decisions of individual households. My research has been published in a number of peer-reviewed journals, including Econometrica, the Journal of Public Economics and AEJ:Economic Policy. I am a co-organiser of the "Micro and Macro Implications of Household Behaviour and Financial Decision-Making" seminar series. I have also written on the measurement and impact of inflation and am a member of the Office for National Statistics Technical Advisory Panel on Consumer Prices. In addition, I am the Topic Lead on Prices for the Economic Statistics Centre of Excellence (ESCoE).
