Pierre Mella-Barral

Pierre Mella-Barral is Professor of Finance at Toulouse Business School. His research interests are in corporate finance, on topics including corporate debt renegotiation, debt restructuring, bankruptcy, firm creation, knowledge acquisition, innovation and venture capital. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge. He previously worked at the London School of Economics, the London Business School, HEC Paris and EDHEC.
