Rafael is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Bocconi University, an affiliate at IGIER, and an affiliate fellow at the Chicago Booth Stigler Center. His research focuses on the economics of social media. He obtained his PhD in economics from the University of Chicago in 2022.
