Rafał Kierzenkowski

Rafał Kierzenkowski is a Senior Economist at the United Kingdom/Netherlands Country Desk of the OECD’s Economics Department. He previously worked at the Banque de France. He earned his PhD at the University of Paris IX-Dauphine (2004). His research notably focuses on the bank lending channel, monetary and financial issues, labour markets, and external competitiveness of OECD countries.
