Rajat Kochhar is a PhD student in Economics at the University of Southern California. His research interests include examining the determinants of climate change adaptation, and the role of political institutions as drivers of adaptation. He also works on topics related to congestion pricing and pollution reduction, and the effectiveness of behavioural interventions for energy conservation.
