Ralph Spitzer is an Analyst in the Financial Markets Analysis and Surveillance Division of the Austrian Central Bank (Oesterreichische Nationalbank, OeNB), focussing on the execution and further development of stress tests and related issues. Before joining the OeNB, he worked at a commercial bank in risk controlling and Basel II implementation projects. He graduated from the University of Vienna and holds the CFA Charter.
