Raquel Letelier

Raquel Letelier is a Financial Analyst in the World Bank's Europe and Central Asia (ECA) Department. Her work focuses on financial sector monitoring of ECA countries, conducting research on topics related to financial sector development, and providing operational support and technical advice to ECA clients on a broad range of financial sector issues, such as bank regulation and supervision, financial vulnerability and risks, and access to finance. Prior to joining the Bank, Raquel worked with the Pensions Supervisory Authority in Chile. She holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Manchester, having previously studied at Catholic University of Chile.
