Assistant Director and Deputy Head, Banking System unit at Swiss National Bank (SNB)

Reto Nyffeler is Assistant Director and Deputy Head of the Banking System unit at the Swiss National Bank. His main interests include financial stability, macroprudential policy and empirical household and real estate finance. Reto obtained his Ph.D. form the University of Bern in 2007. He has been working as a professional economist since then, occupying different positions at the Swiss National Bank.
