Robert Flood

Robert Flood retired recently after 22 years at the IMF and took up residence and part-time teaching at the University of Notre Dame. Dr. Flood did his PhD at University of Rochester (1977). He has also worked at University of Virginia (1977-83), the Federal Reserve Board of Governors (1980-82) and Northwestern University (1983-89).
