Roberto Piazza is an Advisor at the Bank of Italy. He is on leave from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) where he was a a senior economist in the European Department. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Minnesota. His research interests include growth theory, monetary policy, and international macroeconomics.
