Rodrigo Mariscal is a Research Analyst at the IMF's Western Hemisphere Department. He holds a B.A. in economics from the UNAM (2006) and a M.A. in economics from El Colegio de Mexico (2008). He has worked in the Research Department at both the Inter-American Development Bank and the Central Bank of Mexico. He has been doing research on exchange rates, inflation targeting, sovereign debt restructurings, and commodity prices.
