Rolef de Weijs (LLM Harvard ’01, PhD University of Amsterdam 2010) is Professor of National and International Law at the University of Amsterdam and visiting professor at Riga Graduate School of Law. De Weijs specialises in insolvency law, corporate law and corporate finance and has been one of the initiators of the Law & Finance Master at the University of Amsterdam. De Weijs also practices law as an attorney and court appointed trustee in Amsterdam.
