Rosella Levaggi is Full Professor of Public Economics at the University of Brescia (Italy). Her research interest are related to competition between public and private hospitals, the effects of fiscal federalism in health care, patient mobility at national and European level, soft budget constraint policies. Alongside these more traditional themes, new areas of interest is the study of incentives for innovation in health care, precision medicine, drug price regulation and its effects on innovation. She is Associated editor for Health Economics and PlosOne.
