Jessica Zhu is am a researcher at Precision Development, based in Nairobi Kenya.
She completed her Ph.D. in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019. Her research interest lies in the area of development economics, specifically in agriculture, information and communications technology, and social network related issues.
