Saara Tamminen

Leading specialist, Finnish Innovation Fund at Sitra

Saara Tamminen is specialised in the research of international economics, climate policies, service trade, economic modelling, trade agreements, firm heterogeneity and ex-ante analyses of structural economic reforms. Currently she works as leading specialist of climate solutions in the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra. She has worked earlier as senior researcher in VATT Institute of Economic Research, Finland. She obtained a PhD in International Economics from Utrecht University, the Netherlands, in 2014, and Master in Economics from Erasmus University, the Netherlands.
