Sakai Ando is an Economist in the Research Department of the IMF where he works in the Systemic Issues Division. Previously, he worked in the IMF’s European Department and Statistics Department. He has worked on a range of topics, including macroeconomic forecasting, financial regulation, and productivity. He holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University.
