
Satoshi Araki is a Policy Analyst in the Health Division of the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). His work focusses on long-term care and cancer care policies. With expertise in labour market dynamics and wage developments, he has co-authored multiple OECD Employment Outlook publications. In addition, he contributes as a columnist for Works, a Japanese bimonthly journal published by Recruit Works Institute. He holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from the Geneva Graduate Institute.
