Sean Chu

Economist at Federal Reserve Board Of Governors

Sean Chu is an Economist with the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. He graduated in economics from Harvard University and earned his PhD in economics at Stanford University in 2007. Sean’s research has looked at product bundling and endogenous product selection in the presence of competition. He has also investigated the behavior of mortgage borrowers as well as the effect of strategic interactions on asset liquidity in dynamic settings. His more recent work looks at the role of asymmetric information and market structure in credit markets. Sean’s research interests include industrial organisation, finance, and applied microeconomics.
