Sean Doherty is Head of International Trade & Investment and a member of the executive committee at the World Economic Forum. He previously headed the World Economic Forum’s Supply Chain & Transport, Chemicals and Mining and Metals industry communities. He was a founding director of the Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation. He worked earlier in the trading and logistics sector and as a strategy consultant. He holds Master's degrees in aeronautical engineering, molecular biology, business administration and international economic law.
