Sebastian Barnes is a Head of Division in the Economics Department of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). He is a former Counsellor to the OECD Chief Economist and previously headed the OECD’s Euro Area desk. He began his career at the Bank of England. He is a member of the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council.
