Selo İmrohoroğluis a Professor at the Marshall School of Business, USC. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Economics from the Middle East Technical University in Turkey and his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Minnesota. His is a macroeconomist who studies taxes, savings, social security, and how aging affects the macroeconomy. His research has been published in the American Economic Review, Quarterly Journal of Economics, Review of Economic Studies, Journal of Monetary Economics, Journal of Public Economics, American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics, International Economic Review, Review of Economic Dynamics, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Journal of Money, Credit, and Banking, Economic Inquiry, and the Journal of the Japanese and the International Economy. He is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control and a member of the American Economic Association, Econometric Society, and the Society for Economic Dynamics.
