Serdar Ozkan

Serdar Ozkan is an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. Previously, he was an Economist at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. He received his PhD in 2011 from the University of Pennsylvania. Serdar’s research interests are at the intersection of macroeconomics, labour economics and public finance. His recent research has focused on the nature of individual labour income risk and its consequences for economic decisions that involve risk such as consumption and saving behavior and individual portfolio composition decisions.
